The court affirmed the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board’s (TTAB) decision in favor of Advitam IP’s client, an Italian-based company and world leader in the adhesive and stone sector. In this case, Advitam IP sought to block a Chinese company’s three trademark applications because they were too confusingly similar to registered trademarks held by Advitam IP’s client. The Appeals Court summarily affirmed the Board’s findings, granting Advitam IP’s client a complete and total victory!
