Teaching trademarks to Law Students at Jones College Prep High School

Yes, high school law students. Jones College Prep provides a unique law program called CTE (Career and Technical Education) that not only prepares students for careers in law, but also matches students in their senior year with law firms in all areas for internships. CTE allows students to explore careers and gain marketable skills while still in high school. Michele Katz, Founding Member of Advitam IP recently had the pleasure of teaching trademarks to the high school students over a 2-day period.

Jones College Prep is looking for law firms right now that are seeking mentorship opportunities. Please contact law teacher Laura Blackburn at lblackburn@cps.com.
