You might be wondering where this beautiful place is that the meeting occurred. The Palmer House is a wonderful, storied hotel in Chicago with fascinating history. It opened around 1870 and burned one year later during the Great Chicago Fire. Although this hotel has been rebuilt several times, it remains beautiful and an excellent place to meet and catch up in Chicago!
